My work started in photographing Equestrian Shows in Tucson's local Hunter-Jumper, Dressage, and Eventing organizations before delving into the Portrait world. The personal connection with each individual, couple, or equine-human partner I work with is just awesome. It is an honor and a blessing to have worked with so many wonderful people, their families, and horses and always look forward to the next client God sends my way. Creating unique, custom portrait art specifically for someone is one thing, but capturing the beauty created in them, and seeing their joy in the final images is what fuels my drive and passion.
With me, you are hiring an experienced artist, one who will walk you through the process in creating the beautiful artwork you will proudly display in your home. Hands-on knowledge and experience when you bring a horse or dog to your session; including fun, laughter, and positive memories. You are more than welcome to visit with me and learn more about what you will receive when hiring my services. It's not just about capturing, but about creating art and positive, fun, and memorable experiences.
Avid Equestrian with over 20 years of hands-on experience with horses and dogs. My goal is to create and build confidence in both horse and rider. I started training horses and providing riding lessons in 2018. Most of my experience has been working with horses and their owners/riders of many ages with a lack of confidence and education in and out of the saddle. I strive to build confidence, trust, and understanding by working on the ground and into the saddle by with clarity on the basic fundamentals for a solid foundation. Riding should be fun and enjoyable for both horse and rider as they proceed in their journey.
I am a big believer in continuing education and still take lessons with my trainer, Sally Ivory in Ocala, Florida. Teaching what I learn and from my own positive and negative experiences as a horseman. When I am able, I love to participate in clinics with other top riders to keep myself and my horse challenged mentally and physically.
